You’re Not Alone.

Cardiac arrest is a sudden, life-altering event, and it can feel incredibly isolating. But here’s the truth: you’re not alone.  When Lynn survived nearly twenty years ago, there were no online communities and very few survivor stories. Lynn longed to hear from someone, anyone who understood what she was going through.

That’s why this page exists. Whether you’re a survivor, a rescuer, or have lost a loved one, you experienced a moment that changed everything, and your story matters. Share it here to inspire others, and explore stories from people who’ve walked this path.

Lynn beams with joy as she poses alongside her friend, both brave survivors sharing a moment of triumph.

Discover stories from real accounts of survival, resilience, and compassion.
