Lynn Blake is a passionate advocate, survivor, and leader in the fight to save lives from cardiac arrest. In 2007, at just 27 years old, she survived sudden cardiac arrest, thanks to CPR and defibrillation, an experience that forever changed her path.
Determined to turn her survival into purpose, she has dedicated her life to raising awareness, improving survival rates, and driving meaningful change. Her efforts have led to international cardiac arrest awareness campaigns, legislative advancements, and recognition from organizations such as the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross.
Beyond her advocacy, Lynn is a devoted wife, mother, and an avid lover of the outdoors. She finds peace in the mountains of Colorado, where she spends time hiking, skiing, and reflecting on the wonder of Creation. Her debut book, Heart of the Matter, is a powerful memoir of resilience—sharing her journey of survival, life with an implanted pacemaker-defibrillator, and her mission to save others.
